7800 Susquehanna Street Neighborhood Master Plan

Project Description:

7800 Susquehanna Street is home to 100,000 square feet of renovated industrial maker-space in the heart of the Homewood community. Owned and managed by Bridgeway Capital, 7800's renovation was made possible by the R.K. Mellon Foundation, and has become a platform for economic renewal in Homewood. Local tenants include Thread, Pittsburgh Urban Tree, STAK Ceramics, Radiant Hall, the Homewood Artist Residency, the Trade Institute of Pittsburgh, and the University of Pittsburgh's University of Pittsburgh Manufacturing Assistance Center.
