Project Description:

TCS (Tata Consulting Services) Hall will shape a new gateway to Carnegie Mellon University's campus on Forbes Avenue. The 90,000 square foot building will be home to TCS’s Collaboration Center, computer science laboratories, a Business Engagement Center, and makerspaces. The public realm will include improved streetscape along Forbes Avenue, a gathering plaza, green infrastructure, and hillside restoration. TCS Hall anchors Phase 1 of the University’s North of Forbes expansion into the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
