Project Description: 

The Treeline District is a new 7-acre mixed-use riverfront redevelopment that will transform an underutilized property in downtown Fort Wayne. The project will create a new public park and riverfront amenities that connect to significant ongoing investment in trails and parks from the City of Fort Wayne. The park is designed to connect to the existing Treetop Canopy trail with elevated paths and gathering areas, garden and plaza spaces, and a new iconic vertical landmark structure. The park creates a mirror public green space to Promenade Park across the river and extends downtown with better connectivity to adjacent neighborhoods. The new Treeline District Park will provide access to the water with kayak and small boat facilities on the riverfront.
